EV Instrumentation Dashboard Development
Redesigned and prototyped a Formula SAE dash instrumentation package with a focus on CAD modeling, electronics packaging, design for manufacturing, and mechanical integration. Optimized the enclosure for TFT screen integration and a reduced LED layout while improving internal fitment and achieving roughly a 20% weight reduction compared to the previous design.


Project Wander
Designed and prototyped the wand controller assembly for Project Wander, a motion-controlled arcade game using an ESP32 and IMU-based gesture input integrated with Unity. Led CAD modeling, enclosure design, and rapid 3D prototyping with emphasis on sensor alignment, board fitment, wire routing, grip ergonomics, and durability under hackathon time constraints.


Aerodynamic Whisker Study
Developed and evaluated an aerodynamic “Whiskers” concept for Formula SAE using CAD modeling and Siemens STAR-CCM+ CFD, analyzing key performance variables including CLA, CDA, frontal area, center of pressure, and component-specific force contributions. Interpreted simulation results to quantify aerodynamic behavior, including approximately 1.03 CLA, 0.66 CDA, 0.49 m² frontal area, CoP Z of 0.45 m, and CoP X of -0.23 m.
